Company Profile
BOLSA MFG. entered into business of wholesaling and manufacturing of novelty bags sometime in the latter part of 1994.
In the early stages of its operation, the company ventured into the supply of promotional bags to multi-national pharmaceutical companies. It owned no factory at that time but engaged the services of sub-contractors to manufacture and produce novelty bags personally designed by Ms. Leah Agrava herself. With modest capital and meager workforce, the company supplied its clients with quality bags and other promotional materials. After about one year into operation, the company established its modest growth with the acquisition of its own machines and employing additional workers to work in its nascent factory. Eight high speed sewers, and cutters, revisers and factory assistants formed part of the initial factory workforce under the direct supervision of the proprietress herself. Though relatively small, the company produced high quality bags and other promotional items. Today, after more than eight years of operation, the company has grown into a stable enterprise employing 30 high speed sewers, 3 cutters, 3 printers, 4 factory assistants, 1 driver and 1 Production Manager and marketing assistants. Other than its in-house operations, the company maintains 5 sub-contractors with total capacity of 80 machines. In addition, the company has branched into manufacture and supply of resin/polyurethane based promo materials such paper weights, figurines, product glorifiers, brochure dispensers, plaques and other resin based items.
